"It probably works only in certain cities." It'll work anywhere. What he's done, others have done also, even I can get better mileage out of vehicles. Even trucks and SUV's can be modified and improved upon to get over 30, 40 and even 50 mpg. I know one guy around here that get's 42 mpg, and he thinks he's done everything he can and that nothing more can be done to get better mileage, but if I had the money, and he was willing, I'd help him out to get well past 45 mpg, and he gets that 42 mpg when he's got over 500 lbs in the bed of the truck and towing another 1,500 or more. He's done well, but there's others getting as much as 55 mpg and I know I could get more still. Been doing it since I was a kid.
